Addis Ababa, Ethiopia – February 14, 2025
The President of the United Republic of Tanzania, Her Excellency Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan, has arrived at Bole International Airport in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, to attend the 38th Ordinary Session of the Assembly of Heads of State and Government of the African Union (AU).
During her visit, President Samia will also participate in the AU Peace and Security Council meeting, where key discussions on regional stability, conflict resolution, and security strategies for Africa will take place.
The AU Summit brings together African leaders to deliberate on continental development, economic integration, governance, and peace initiatives, reinforcing collective efforts towards Africa’s growth and stability.
